We are amused.

have a look at the sign-up process for www.boden.co.uk (sign in/register, top right, then click on create account)

Best drop down list ever (barring your last 11). I promptly signed up as Wing Commander, just because I could. :-) It was either that or Squadron Leader.

Probably says quite a lot about Boden's target market...

My wife worked at a non-profit that had a donor-tracking system will a similarly extensive list. She always set her own record in the system to simply have a title of "The".

British Airways also has a very impressive selection, including 'President', and 'Her Majesty', which are presumably used exclusively by pranksters, as well as a huge selection of foreign ('Hajah', 'Khun Ying', 'Embajadora'), and military ones (often abbreviated and non-abbreviated forms - maybe there are different conventions in different places?)

Missing option: "The Dread Pirate"

I would also add Rebbetzin as one of the titles.

I've just used the Royal Opera House ticket booking system for the first time (to see the new Tarik O'Regan/Tom Phillips opera of Heart of Darkness, since you didn't ask), and I'm afraid their 133 titles knocks yours into a three-cornered cocked hat in terms of comprehensiveness. Princessin? Me neither. Along with all the HRHs, I was surprised not to find a WTF in there too:
